Privacy Policy
Pulsehub is an all-in-one marketing-automation and customer-data platform operated by Ultrasoft Systems, an IT and custom-software company based in Skopje, North Macedonia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data when you use the Pulsehub platform and its integrations with Meta products (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business), in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), applicable North Macedonian law, and the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
01 Who we are
Ultrasoft Systems is the provider of Pulsehub. For data that our business customers upload or process through the platform, Ultrasoft acts as a data processor on their behalf; the customer is the data controller. For data about our own account holders and website visitors, Ultrasoft acts as the data controller.
02 Information we collect
We collect only the data needed to provide the service:
- Account data — name, business email, company, and login credentials of platform users.
- Customer & contact data — the contacts, leads, and campaign data our customers import or capture (name, email, phone, messaging identifiers, engagement events).
- Usage & technical data — log data, device/browser type, IP-derived approximate region, and privacy-respecting product analytics.
03 Data obtained through Meta platforms
When a customer connects a Facebook Page, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business account to Pulsehub using Facebook Login for Business, we access — strictly to provide the features the customer enables — the following, subject to the permissions granted:
- Page and business asset identifiers and access tokens needed to send and receive messages on the customer’s behalf.
- Message threads and the profile name / identifier of end-users who contact the business through Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
- Basic profile information of the connecting user, used only to authenticate the connection.
We use this data solely to deliver the messaging and automation features requested by the business customer. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it except as needed to run the service. Our use of information received from Meta APIs follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
04 How we use your data
We process data to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Pulsehub platform.
- Deliver omnichannel campaigns (email, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp) that our customers configure.
- Authenticate users and connected accounts, and provide support.
We do not sell personal data.
05 Legal basis
We rely on the performance of our contract with customers, your consent (where required, e.g. for marketing messages), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the platform.
06 Sharing & sub-processors
We share data with vetted sub-processors that help us run the service — hosting, email/SMS/Viber/WhatsApp delivery, and Meta messaging APIs — strictly to provide those services and under data-processing agreements. We may also disclose data where required by law.
07 Data retention & international transfers
We retain personal data for as long as the customer’s account is active, and delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period after the account or connection is closed, unless a longer period is required by law. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we use providers offering appropriate safeguards.
08 Your rights
Under the GDPR and CCPA you may access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to the processing of your personal data. Where Ultrasoft acts as a processor, we forward such requests to the relevant business customer. To exercise your rights contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
09 Data deletion
You can request deletion of your data, including any data obtained through Facebook Login, at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the exact steps.
10 Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to run the platform and to measure aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
