Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data held by Pulsehub (operated by Ultrasoft Systems), including any data obtained through Facebook Login for Business and connected Meta accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business). We honour these requests in line with the GDPR, CCPA, and the Meta Platform Terms.
01 What data this covers
A deletion request removes the personal data associated with you or your connected account, including account details, message identifiers, and any tokens or profile data obtained through Facebook Login and the Meta messaging APIs.
02 Option 1 — Remove Pulsehub from your Facebook account
To revoke Pulsehub’s access at any time:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites (Business Integrations).
- Select Pulsehub and choose Remove.
Removing the app revokes our access tokens. To also erase data already stored, follow Option 2 below.
03 Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- the email address or account associated with your Pulsehub / Facebook connection;
- the connected Page, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business account (if applicable).
This lets us locate and permanently delete your data.
04 What happens next
We verify the request, delete the associated personal data from our active systems within 30 days, remove it from backups on their normal rotation, and send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete. We may retain the minimum data required by law (e.g. for accounting or fraud prevention).
05 If your data was uploaded by a business using Pulsehub
Where a business customer uploaded your data, that business is the data controller. We will forward your request to them and assist with the deletion. You may also contact the business directly.
