Engagements for our professional services are governed by the separate written agreement signed for each project; in case of conflict, that agreement prevails.

01 About us & our services

Ultrasoft Systems is an IT and custom-software company based in Skopje, North Macedonia. We provide professional services including custom software development, enterprise solutions, mobile applications, networking & cybersecurity, QA & testing, system integration, UI/UX design, and dedicated teams. Service scope, fees, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements — not on this Site.

02 Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, scraping at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes.

03 Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Ultrasoft Systems or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, resell, or redistribute it without our prior written permission. Client and partner trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

04 Third-party links & products

The Site links to our own products (Bridge, APIS Suite, Pulsehub) and to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of external sites; your use of them is at your own risk.

05 Availability

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

06 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultrasoft Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

07 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia and applicable European regulations. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Skopje.
