01 Information we collect

We only collect the data you choose to provide and basic technical data needed to operate the site:

• Contact-form submissions: name, email address, company (optional), and your message.
• Questions you type into the AI console on the homepage, which are sent to our AI provider to generate an answer. We do not store them.
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested).
• Only if you accept cookies: visit data recorded by Pulsehub (pages viewed, referrer, approximate region from your IP address, device/browser type). If you later submit a form, these visits are linked to your submission.

02 How we use your data

We process this data only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website.
• If you accepted cookies: understand which of our services and products interest you, so we can follow up relevantly.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means.

03 Legal basis

We rely on your consent (when you submit the contact form, and for analytics and marketing cookies when you click Accept) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our website and responding to business enquiries.

04 Sharing of data

We share data with service providers who help us operate the site, strictly to provide those services and under appropriate data-processing terms:

• Pulsehub — our marketing-automation platform. It receives contact and application form submissions and, only after you accept cookies, visit tracking.
• Cloudflare — content delivery and security for this website, and Turnstile, the bot check on our forms.
• DeepSeek — the AI model behind the homepage AI console. Questions you ask there, with the earlier questions and answers of the same conversation, are sent to the DeepSeek API to generate the answer.
• Our hosting provider.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

05 Data retention & international transfers

We keep contact-form submissions for up to 24 months from your last contact, unless a longer period is required for a legal or contractual reason, after which they are deleted. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards.

06 Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

07 Cookies

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and marketing cookies, with equal Accept and Reject buttons. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (key us-consent) so we don’t ask again; you can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

• Before you choose, and after Reject: no tracking script is loaded and nothing is sent to Pulsehub for analytics. Only what the site needs to work is used: your theme and consent choice in local storage, and Cloudflare’s security cookies. Our forms (contact, job application and APIS Suite demo request) load from Pulsehub when shown or opened, without consent because you asked for them; loading a form creates no contact record and sends no tracking identifier, though Pulsehub sets a technical session cookie (HttpOnly) on its tracking server.
• Only after Accept: the Pulsehub tracking script is loaded from our own domain (/t/, forwarded to our Pulsehub tracking server). It sets cookies and local-storage entries that recognise your browser across visits, and records the pages you view.

If you withdraw consent, the tracker stops and the identifiers it can reach in your browser are deleted. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings.
