About the Role

As our Project & Product Manager, you’ll be at the center of our development process – leading projects, managing developers, and shaping the future of our products. You’ll collaborate across teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery and product success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum software projects and cross-functional teams
• Manage timelines, tasks, and development cycles
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders
• Translate requirements into actionable tasks with estimations
• Help with project documentation and tender bids
• Boost team collaboration, workflows, and outcomes

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in project or product management (software focus)
• Agile/Scrum experience with development teams
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Ability to engage with clients & teams
• Technical background or understanding of IT/dev workflows
• Structured documentation & reporting skills

Bonus: Experience with ERP, CRM, AI projects | Familiarity with OpenProject, Jira | PMP/Scrum Master certification
